:D This is the Monumento de la Bandera / Flag monument in the Dominican Republic. The animated flag is not perfect, sorry.

I wanted to make an entire theme for this and Puerto Rico, but I still can't figure out Photoshop to make some transparent/opaque backgrounds for the text portions. So, I got impatient and made this instead. :)
