I cant really remember as the C550 isnt on me at the moment but I'm pretty sure all you need to do is pair with the device and then set all the connections e.g internet etc to automatic or passthrough? Kindly check if you have similar passthrough settings... 1. On desktop (ActiveSync 4.2.0 build 4876). File > Connection Settings 2. On phone a. Settings > Data Connections b.
