Also, how do you disable/remove the 3g animation on startup and shutdown. I heard that doing this will speed up your phone... any help would be greatly appreciated... Guest Confucious Posted July 21, 2008 Report Share Posted July 21, 2008 1) It takes a long time because there are LOTS of files in there. 2) I don't know but I doubt if it would speed it up much, if at all as it will be loading the OS in the background, the animation is just there to give you something to look at while it's doing this.
