The program or setting connot be installed because it dose not have sufficient system permissions." it is really getting anoying because I cant Install the GPS unlocker/application unblocker. Guest massamsung Posted November 10, 2008 Report Share Posted November 10, 2008 you'll need a program called: SDA_ApplicationUnlock.exe it worked for me i used it and it removed the secruity message I kept receiving... hope it works! I have tried running SDA Application Unlock, but that doesn't seem to be working. When I click the unlock button, it tells me my phone is not unlockable. I click ok and then it tells me my phone was successfully unlocked and to restart. I figure either the version of SDA is old or you guys are doing something different.
