Windows Mobile 6.1 GSM Auto Time Update

Hi Guys

i am currentlly working on a Global phone project based on windows mobile 6.1 and i had issues regarding auto time update , IN CDMA , the US carrier updates the time automatically but not all the GSM carriers do so , so if i travel somewher in Europe in GSM band , i do not have auto update of time ,I jus wanted to know is there any feature in the WM 6.1 which can extract time zone info from the NW and update the Phone time automatically
