I just downloaded and installed SHKv23_M2D and everything works great but I want to install the M2D interface/themes on it. Is there a thread on MoDaCo that would tell the steps that I need to go to to install it?

Thanks

I installed the v23 M2D and everything is working OK but I don't know how to edit the settings under the Internet tab, how do I set the locations of the 'bookmark and 'browser' buttons?

No, I never saw this screen.

Can you try, goto [Start] > [Settings] > [Personal] > [Phone], on the Network tab, click on Find Network or Set Network. Also try to choose Manual then Select.

my phone windows\startup\NO(connectingnotifier.lnk)

Or something like that?

Shortcut to ConnectionNotifier.lnk or ConnectionNotifier.exe.lnk.

Can you post a screenshot of your \Windows\Startup\?

A couple of suggestions:

you can use a different dialer program (like phon.e.x or something) or while in a call if you want to enable speaker just long press call bottom to activate and the same for deactivating it.

slds,
