Update error with tubedroid

Hey guys,

I just tried to update tubedroid and it failed saying that this application cannot be installed on this phone

Now after that error I still see tubedroid in my menu of applications but it doesn't show up in 'manage applications' menu so I cannot uninstall it.

And when I try to click onto the tubedroid icon, it says 'this has not been installed on this phone'

How can I remove what's left of tubedroid so that I reinstall it?
