Vodafone are set to release their first budget Android phone, the 845. The phone is manufactured by Huawei under the codename 'Joy' and is said to be the smallest Android phone yet.

Vodafone have a page up about the phone with a "Coming May" message, but no exact release date or price available. The phone will be on pay as you go, however.

So far I'm unable to find the exact specifications of this device but I expect it to be the same as the T-Mobile Pulse Mini in terms of hardware.

Anybody planning on buying one?
