Blink is a free software available to download from android market. Blink will override your default LED color with different color for different notifications. You can customize notification with the color of LED you want. Application provide customization for notifications like SMS, MMS, Missed Call, Low Battery and Low system memory etc.

NOTE: The application is running fine with nexus one with multicolored trackball notifications in froyo.

i've tried it, but sometimes it works, sometimes it won't. even when it works, when receiving calls the led just turn color just once, and then immediately turn back into white light.

that problem happens with messaging, email etc. the only features works (for me) is the low battery and low memory.

and to make sure it's not my OS, i tried it twice with unrooted nexus one default OS, and then with rooted C.M 6. and still won't works.

my friend also have same trouble. so it's not just me.

idk if anyone here tried but works for them. just sharing my experience

I've been looking for such an app for a while. I've tried it but I can't get it to work on my Desire.

Too bad, I hope there comes a version for Desire!

Yeah, will post later if there is new version our, I am Nexusone, works fine. :(
