The first thing you have to make sure is the correct BIN you flashed before you flash MOD. FROYO is 2.2.2, not compatible with 2.3. You have to flash 2.3.3 BIN first before you can flash 2.3.3 MOD So, you download 2.3.3 BIN first and flash it with Acer_Download_Tools. The next step is to install Vache's Recovery v2.0, not 1.0. Then you can flash 2.3.3 MOD. Of course, if you need to root your device, flash SuperUser within Recovery.
