If I install clockwork recovery from the clockwork-mod app, is it Gen1 or Gen2?

Just what it says in the title: The Clockworkmod App says that there is an update available for the recovery. If I choose to install the recovery, it lets me select between various devices and there is only one entry for the Blade. Does anybody know if it will install the Gen1 or the Gen2 version of the recovery? Since it makes me select the device, I assume it has 0 auto-recognizing of the correct version.

Currently I have the recovery that was bundled within wbaws Gen1 to Gen2 and I am running Gen2 of course.

I am pretty sure that this question has been asked and answered somewhere here but I don't manage to find it. I hope you excuse me for making a new thread.

If you mean ROM Manager when you say "Clockworkmod App", then yes it will install gen2 recovery.
