      ILLEGAL CONTENT I'd like to just reaffirm MoDaCo's position regarding piracy and illegal content in the light of some recent questions / postings. I was browsing through ZTE website and found these TPTs for Monte Carlo.

It would be nice little project for someone to extract the stock ROMs from these and maybe try to find differences in other firmware files too. It would be also good idea to go through ZTE website to see if there are more TPTs from countries where they sell unlocked ZTE Skate. It could help unlocking Monte Carlo.

I tried all, the Orange ones are basically the same, only the version number is different but everything else is equal. The Optimus version is more generic like, but an older build (B01). I would recommend to install the generic ZTE ROM, link is available at this forum as well. It works much more fluent and there is no disturbing branding.

Where did you get "Optimus" from for Austria? The pages in the links state "Orange"...

It's probably just some copy&paste error. :P Just downloaded it again in search of cefs.mbn (which it doesn't include btw) and it doesn't say Optimus anywhere. It doesn't say Orange either, but since Optimus only works in Portugal, you're probably right.
