Now open androidVNC and use this configuration:

Nickname: root

Password: ubuntu

Adress: localhost

Port: 5900

rest doesn't need any configuration. You can also connect over Wi-Fi from your computer to ubuntu on your phone ;)

Ubuntu works rather well, I didn't do any benchmarks some time ago, but it was really fast for a smartphone.

One thing which annoyed me that I couldn't write anything in terminal of ubuntu =/

?

Why?

You mean that if you use vnc to open ubuntu and you open a terminal you can't write in it?

And using ssh?

You can install and Debian too, with any DE. For your choice. ;)

About Ubuntu with Android, there is information that source code is available only to developers of devices. Not for everyone. <_<
