Guest dlderek
Just bought an Ascend G300 from the Vodafone shop. Is there is definitive way of confirming the amount of Ram in the hardware? I checked in the managing application section within settings, and it's telling me that there is only 365MB, of which 150MB is in use. Where is the other rest of the 512MB I am expecting? Guest kradcliffe
If you carefully uninstall apps that run in the background you don't need there's more than enough RAM to go round. 512mb minus what's running is more than enough, same as Galaxy S and most other android phones until recently.
