Guest omegamoon Posted June 2, 2012 Report Share Posted June 2, 2012 I have compiled the sources "as-is" and surprisingly that went well. And still it doesn't work to fire up ICS... Do any of you know what the prerequisites are, kernel wise, for ICS? Do we really need a 3.0+ kernel because of support for specific Android feature A or B? Most of the Qualcomm devices are using a 3.0.8 kernel. I wonder why... I'll try to see how much work it will be to port the device specific changes to a newer kernel.
