Have a few simple questions:

1 Is there a way to get back the dimmed notifications ? It is an ICS issue, I guess Google don't want colors on app notifications :angry2:

Easy enough to see on here on big screen, but almost impossible on the skate.

1a This is how it should look. When opening notifications, icons show as supposed.

2 What is this "..." ? Seems to do nothing.

3 Any settings for the Screenshot in power menu ? Would love to kill the sound and get 1 sec longer delay.

Ics PA is practically dead. All they are doing is work on JB...

Figured as much. Is anyone working on Jelly Bean PA for the skate? Last I've seen is Lalit's 'coming soon' thread.

1, 3 - I will take a look at it to see if anything could be done

2 - not sure. Never seen this one :)

Hi,

First : congratulations for this excellent PA cm9 !

I just try to use wifi tethering with app "wifi tether for root" and have lot of problems : ad-hoc only, disconnecting on skate but tethering always active and so on...

Does someone use this app, what is profil to be used, any specific options for zte skate ?

other apps better than wifi tether for root ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards.

I have coded a new feature: Notification icon opacity :) Screenshots speak for themselves.

I see. Thanks a lot, no problem, so cm-9.0.0-20120814-skate-C3C0.zip is still latest clean CM9, right?

Is this the correct thread to monitor clean CM9 (or perhaps no clean CM9 dedicated thread exists)?

Perhaps the build instructions using ParanoidZTE are not for meant 'clean' CM9 either? What repository is then? plain ColdFusionX?

In other words is ParanoidZTE different from clean and is clean equal to ColdFusionX ?

sorry if I sound confused...

have a nice day?

Basically there are two clean CM9s. Tilal's and mine. I have no separate thread so I post my builds in tilal's CFX thread from time to time.

This PA is basically the latest CM9 (9.1.0 - more latest than my previous clean CM9) and PA features and thosa I have coded additionally are just on top of clean CM9.

So you can use this one as latest CM9. It will act like clean if you turn off hybrid mode in /system/pad.prop file or just simply set PhoneUI and stock DPI in Paranoid Settings.

Clean CM9 repo is here: https://github.com/CyanogenMod

And tilal's device specific repos are here: https://github.com/ColdfusionX

C3C0 you are so full of surprises! About the dimmed notifications, I thought chances for a fix was something like 0.001%, since many many people cry for a fix on other forums and noone fixed it (at least I did not find it).

Sound off and timing of screenshot - soo cool, can't thank you enough.

CM7 has been my favorite for a looong time, as it does everything and does it good.

All other ROMs have their flaws, but now this one seems to be a keeper :D !

Well I should thank you for inspiring me :) because I found your suggestions to be useful for me and maybe others.. I looked into code and found out it could be accomplished quite easily so why not do it. There's no rocket science at all behind this.

Installed the new version via upgrade. Looks fine so far.

Opacity option is definitely a great one, because I found the notification icons indeed sometimes not clear enough.

Thanks C3C0!
