Guest c43211
I have updated my phone to the Xolo Stock 4.0.4 to remove the bloatware. I need to take my phone back to the orange shop, is there a way to put the original orange firmware on?
Guest Simon O
You can use the all-in-one tool to do this. Instructions are in the thread http://www.modaco.com/topic/358489-toolaio-tool-for-san-diego-and-xolo/
Guest c43211
I have already tried that but it didn't work, is it because i'm using windows 8?
Guest smthers
I have already tried that but it didn't work, is it because i'm using windows 8? I feel your pain, since the required drivers for the phone (from Intel) are only compatible with Win7/Vista/XP. I had to resort to using my netbook running Win7 Starter Edition. Without the Intel drivers you can only access the internal storage, you can't use the AIO tool.
Guest c43211
I only want to do this because my phone screen has been cracked. I only brought this phone on the 28/12/12. Do you think that they will not turn the phone on. The stupid people who work in the shop properly don't know the difference.
Guest c43211
I have found a way how to install the intel driver. 1)Right Click On Setup And Press Properties. 2)Press On The Compatibility Tab. 3)Tick The Box That Says 'Run This Program In Compatibility Mode For:' 4)Press The Drop down Box Below The Last Step. 5)Press Windows 7 6)Press OK. 7) Run The Setup. Guest smthers
Yep, tried that but I still had an unknown device showing in Device Manager with the phone connected to the PC.
