Hi,

I'm new on modaco and posting my very first thread!!!

Is CyanogenMod 9.1 [ROM] for huawei Ascend G300 is perfect for gaming??? And what about battery life and ram usage on this rom???

Your reply would be highly appreciated !

Thanks.

games are running better on Jelly Bean, I think. for example NFS most wanted is running more smooth and lagfree on CM10/10.1 or PAC for me.

Welcome :)

On ICS Battery is quite good, and RAM is good too. If you want more memory, you can go to settings > (scroll down) > performance > Memory (or Memory Management) > zRAM > 26%

This will slow the phone down slightly, but you can get more RAM.

On Jelly Bean, Battery is terrible (Generally!), and RAM is average, it depends on which ROM you use, but ICS is *Generally* Faster

WHAT! The whole reason that I downgraded from Jelly Bean is because Gaming is so bad for me! It is REALLY Laggy! :P Edited by george109

I've found games run on joestone's cm10.1 at least as fast as on ICS.
