Gemini GEM10313S has screen no longer responding to touch.

Hi All,


I have had a GEM10313S for a couple of months but went to use it the other day but I can no longer interact with it via the touch screen. I can turn the unit on and off and the volume buttons work. I have even run a factory reset on the device but no joy. In fact as soon as I the device boots form the factory reset to the 'Welcome' page I can't continue because I can't interact with the device.


I take it that this will be a RMA?

It sounds like it's defective and I can't see why it's not an RMA or warranty issue?
