Unable to Uninstall apps

Hello everyone, 

 

So Motorolla sent out an update at the beginning of April and now I'm having trouble uninstalling any apps. Which ever method I use the system crashes and reboots then hangs on initializing apps and needs a manual power down. Also can't get into security settings. Settings FC. Anyone else had this problem? The bootloader is locked and am not rooted.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I have this too,  I just reinstalled the Nexus+ 009 rom that's on XDA and am now finding the exact same things you mentioned happening.
