I'd like also to be able to send & receive text messages with cellular phone users and I see there are apps for that, some with fees and some requiring all users to have certain apps and so forth. A lot of what I see seems to be oriented towards using a phone via cellular network. Since I don't use one and don't plan to - here is what I'd like for someone to guide me about, please: What is the best - easiest - free - dependable way to get & send SMSs to others using my phone & Wifi only ??
