However, what we can tell you is that the HTC Census will be a Pocket PC device with which can be used on both GSM and CDMA networks. This isn't their first attempt at a GSM/CDMA device, previously HTC made a device for NTT DoCoMo's (no relation to us :rolleyes: ) 3G FOMA service.
