I think it would be easier just to get 2003 ... 
... and no! ... Its definitly not imposible! ... 2003 runs prefectly well on 2002 hardware!, so why should'n the CF?

Well, I own a Qtek 7070 and I don`t think that it has enough memory to run WM 2003, but the only thing that I am intrested in is .Net CF and if it could be tweaked so that it installs it would be nice.
