I followed the instructions on the config thread, and I get to here:

9) MMS SETUP.
Inbox>Menu>Options>Account Setup>MMS>Menu>Edit Connections.
Delete any Orange Settings that are there.

ok, when I Inbox>Menu>Options>Account Setup>
There is no entry for MMS, and I cannot add one. If I try to add one, I get the entries for e-mail setup.

So I'm stuck here.

I am currently not able to receive SMSes, though I can send them.

Can anyone help?
