Guest markhammill Posted August 18, 2004 Report Share Posted August 18, 2004 Hi Midnight, How do you set the the date on the homescreen to display as 18/08/04 like yours instead or 18/08/2004 like on mine? --edit--- I'm so stupid I checked the regional settings but must have miss clicked and checked under long date style by mistake. Guest mcolbeck Posted August 19, 2004 Report Share Posted August 19, 2004 Hi midnight, i am sorry to be a pain and if i am doing something completly wrong then do not hesitate in giving me a slap but wmp on my c500 still has the original skin on even though i have got the c500 skin installed. i have never used a wmp skin before, do i need to do something to select it? I bought on contract from Orange. have downloaded both versions to my desktop and the folder C500.cab is there. What do I do next? Do i copy and paste to the smart phone and if so which file. Guest midnight Posted August 21, 2004 Report Share Posted August 21, 2004 if you havent unlocked it via the Orange developers site then the phone is still locked. Simply copy the c500lock.cab to your phone via activesync (either Storage or Storage Card, eiether will do), fire up the file browser on the phone that comes wiht the c500 and then select the c500lock.cab let it install, then reboot the phone :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
