anyone knows a nokia headset that is compatible with HTC smartphone?

I'd like to use nokia earphones in my smartphone because the HTC headset is too big to fit in my ears.

yuyp 3310 series jacks are compatible. if you dont waaant to mess with the connections, the trick is dont jam the jack all the way-in, kasi hindi naman sya stereo unlike the e-100 headset.

better yet just get the original headset. its only 450 from smart wireless centers.

salamat guys! :)

I used a nokia headst (8310) on my SAP and it sounded great. EXTRA BASS.

but BEWARE: It will eventtually ruin ur earphone socket and will leave you in

HEADST MODE even after you remove the headset jack. its a common problem of SAP.

if you get stuck on this mode, you wont be able to hear any sound coming out of your SAP ksi kala nya

nakasaksak padin ang headset. SOLUTION: pick the socket until the trigger is release and return you to NORMAL mode. Its more of a PHYSICAL/HARDWARE problem. i cant use my SAP as MP3 player any more for fear of the problem reoccuring

You can use any regular headphone with SAP if you just want to use it as an MP3 player. I bought a headset jack adapter from a local audio/video accessories store which looks like this (i got the stereo one, it costs around P60+):

It fits nicely to SAP's socket and you can use your favorite headphone or even plug it to a speaker with an amplifier.
