Guest Posted November 9, 2004 Report Share Posted November 9, 2004 Hi all, I've searched through the bug thread, and found this mentioned, but was wondering if anyone knew of a solution. It's on the SP3 by the way, if that makes any difference. Basically, when I receive text alerts - ie account balance from CPW, they appear as coming from one of my contacts. I thought I'd be clever, and create a contact called "alert", hoping they'd appear to come from that, so at least I'd know it was a text alert. This doesn't work. Also, different text alerts appear to come from different contacts. It's getting a bit confusing, and I was hoping someone had found a work-around at least. Many thanks, Pete.
