As previous posters have said, it downloaded 2 items, the second being a ringtone. Guest buzzarn Posted October 27, 2004 Report Share Posted October 27, 2004 Just took delivery of a replacement C500 (my old one was faulty) and now I can't restore my contacts etc from Orange backup. Getting "a network error has occured". Also Orange downloads (replacement for Orange update) doesn't work, although GPRS access seems fine. Aaaarrghhh (frustration)!!!
