Guest lorismarcos Posted January 10, 2005 Report Share Posted January 10, 2005 The iQue M5 has a 416 MHz Intel XScale PXA 272 processor, 64 MB RAM, 64 MB ROM, 3.5” QVGA 240x320x65K LCD screen, SDIO slot, Bluetooth interface. A peculiar feature about it is the built-in GPS receiver. The device comes with maps and Garmin Que navigation applications. A Li-Ion battery capacious of 1250 mAh provides 7 hours of PDA/GPS work.
