Which language version do you have?

My low light pictures are pretty poor too...

its really frustrating because all they need to do is get shot of those stupid blue dots, and it'll be fine, apart from that the camera's great. The video in good lighting is awesome!

mine's version 2.70, build 18387, and the dark pictures are shocking. The light ones are OK, tho.

See examples below...

My c500 can do sharper pics than that?!

Mobile Phone: Qtek 8010, 200 MHz, 32 MB RAM, 256 MB MINI-SD, Telia
GPS Mobile Phone: Motorola A925, 168 MHz, 32 MB RAM, 256 MB SD, Tre (Three)

Well about that symbian sh*t to motorola :) Tre (Three) was "giving" away phones at a cost of 67$, no more costs, thats it 67$ and no more. The best phone they had was motorla A925, so i bought it. I think i will use it as a GPS unit :) Becuse it have inbuilt GPS :)

The 'dots' you talk about, I see some strange artifacts, but only when the picture is viewed in the default camera app.

When I copy it off, the picture looks fine...

well you can see from the night pic above, that it doesn't on mine. Also, the dots are especially present on a video...

such a shame as the phone's amazing apart from the camera, and the call quality is a bit tinny. I might get one again once the problems have been resolved.

None that I've encountered, although I'm with siksik6 in that I'm disappointed with camera quality after applying it.
I didn't try the camera before but it's not that good after installing the patch.

The camera was rubbish before the patch, it is still rubbish after. It doesnt make much difference to be honest.

this was taken about an hour ago outside my local tesco. It was very dark.

New T-Mobile MDA compact. Much better if you remember the last post I made that included a night shot!

Camera seems to have far fewer spots all over it!

(haven't patched it or anything yet, if it ain't broke....!)
