Broken Phone?

Had my XDAIIs for 2 weeks now.

I have found it much slower than my HP 4150. The main problem I have is that the top part of the phone moves sideways about 5mm in each direction and it seems to be getting worse. Is that normal or has anybody else had that problem?? (I phoned the onestopphoneshop to get them to replace it and they expect me to pay for the postage back to them. HA. HA) The GPRS seems to disconnect after about 10 seconds. Is there any way to keep it going longer?

If they cant replace it with a new phone that doesnt have this same problem. Anybody got any suggestions on another phone I might ask for instead?

All the best

Raymond

Hi

I would really like to stay with the XDAIIs I will see what happens. With keyboard showing the top and bottom are rock solid. A Collegue at work asked if the top swung around like the Sony K700 it was so loose!!!

Any idea as to why mine is so slow, sometime actions take 1-2 sec, as I said this is much slowwr than my HP4150 eventhough they have the same prossessor. I havent installed anything else that I havent installed on the 4150. I am tempted to do a hard reset to see if this makes any difference.

Afraid I have very little experience with Pocket PCs so I'm the wrong person to ask. I have hard reset myself in order to uninstall some software that seemed to be disagreeing with the MDA III...
