And when you use speaker phone most of the sound comes out of the other side of the phone, i.e. the side laying on the desk! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's because there are two speakers - a tiny, tinny one near the earpiece hole, and a larger more powerful one at the back (hole by the mirror) used for ringtones, MP3s and speakerphone.
