Got my 1 gig SD Peak card from micro direct yesterday. Very pleased with it . Its rated as a 60X card and it seems real quick when pulling files across to it through my card reader . I also ordered Sony headphones for P800/900 , which are compatible with MDA compact , and supposedly a lot better than the standard ones . (dont feel too confident at modding the headphones ) . I am now going to hard reset my machine at the weekend and rebuild it putting as much as I can on the SD card . As far as software goes the killer app is Microsoft voice command . Still cant get hold of it because of the crazy US only limitation , but am in negotiations with friends Stateside in an effort to get it (MUST HAVE IT!). As far as cases go , I actually quite like the holster that came with it (Am I the only one?) , cant quite justify £40 quid on a case . Although it is Payrise and bonus week at work next week ? Just got to get an adaptor for my Shure E2C's and I'll test the digital playback capacity. (Any good small EQ programs out there - as WMP dosen't have one) I normaly carry an iAudio M3 DAP, but when I'm in the middle of an audio book (for commuting) I don't tend change around, so the SD card would be fine for that quantity of data (280mb). Cost £14 quid including delivery . I can confirm that they are a lot better than the standard headphones (sound and Fit) though probably not as good as your £30 Sonys. The sound quality is fantastic though and the radio is easy to use.
