Why hello there,

Im after a brand new e200. But cant find anyone that sells them?

I dont want to buy off ebay, because its poo, IMO.

Also, should I be looking for something else? Bear in mind that Ive never seen one in real life, and never looked for a review yet either!

I don't know of any shops (or even anywhere online) that you can pick them up cheap, but there are a couple on ebay for around £50 right now.

If you don't like ebay then you could try other auction sites, but I don't of any good ones myself

Get a reasonable quality photo of the phone emailed to you. Don't accept a photo from a website. Make them prove they actually have the thing

Don't trust a postal address - you can look up any address in the phone book and claim that's you. Get the sellers landline home number and call it to check it's real. Then look them up in the phonebook to verify it. Offer them the same info on yourself

Insist on Royal Mail Special Delivery (if you're both in the UK) and ask for the Tracking Number as soon as it's sent - don't wait for something to get "lost in the post"

Print a screenshot of the sellers feedback and check it includes the eBay item IDs, you can use these to contact other eBayers and share info if anything does go wrong.

Keep records of what both you and the seller said, and what and when you paid. Preferrably do it all by email and copy all your messages to yourself

Sounds like a lot, but actually it doesn't take long to protect yourself
