Guest RascalRuss Posted March 22, 2005 Report Share Posted March 22, 2005 (edited) Just brought a second hand spv e200, when i turn it on with my sim in, it comes up with "network is locked please insert unlock code" and also "sim locked, please insert unlock code" what are these locks???
