This is probably a ridiculous question, but how do I go about transferring my text messages from my phone to my computer? Or at least ensuring that they are in 'my documents' when I backup my phone as Orange backup doesn't include text messages? I've tried synching my SPV several times but have only been successful in transferring e-mails on to my phone, rather than copying my inbox to my laptop. Please help, I'm sure this has been posted before but I can't find the answer anywhere

Thanks - but will these work to copy messages from the phone to the computer? It all seems to be referring to sending SMS messages from a PC via a phone rather than simply copying messages to a PC. Where are text messages sorted on SPV's and what file extension do they have?

Have just used the jeyo software - excellent. All backed up! Cheers.

Do have a lot of SMS messages, some of sentimental value? Do you need to backup your SMS from your phone to pc? I found third party software for Windows Mobile Phone to transfer SMS to your desktop computer. LINK REMOVED

Since I bought "Apolsoft Android SMS Transfer" and use it, no matter how many text messages I have, It can provide me a fast speed for backup. More importantly, It has its own desktop management tools, the ability to import text messages to the desktop management tools to edit, delete, print and other operations, Many free software can not do it and the software is very easy to use. So, I am very optimistic about this software, I hope my review could bring some benefits for you. This is not what the ad! !
