Guest rmg
These are PPC standard but I just done some on my Jam and thought I would share. Add date to time at the top (so you can dump the date plugin) Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shell\ Create a binary value named "TBOpt" and set its value to "13 00 00 00". Save any unsaved document and reset your Pocket PC. Animate all windows Browse to \HKLM\SYSTEM\GWE\ Change the "Animate" value from 0 to 1. Speed up device Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\GDI\GLYPHCACHE\ You can change the "limit" value : 4096 : this will slow down the display, but use less memory (default setting on Palm-size PC) 8192 : this is the default value on Pocket PC, average memory/performances 16384 : this will speed up the display, but use more memory, twice the default Pocket PC value (You can do 32768 as well, they all use memory) More available here http://www.pc-counselor.com/How_to/ (The ones I described are the ones I did) need a regeditor? http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/RegEdit/ (use the cab) enjoy! Guest rmg
yup, there appears to be a problew with the exe so make sure that you use the cab for phm reg edit, It also has a backup function, USE IT. The date hack is sooo sweet.

Guest poodoo
well just wanna share...i read this from ppcsg.... a tweak that possibly only works with HTC devices....or maybe just the mini/jam... HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\ALBUM\DisableEditor There's a Disable dword. set 0x1 to 0x0. This will enable sort of a basic image editor in the Album application. Guest mike-oh
I'm currently running PPcProfiles and Uptime. This means i have around 20mb program memory free with 7mb storage. It's maybe because i was trying to edit a 1.3M pixel photo?!
