Yeah, it's very annoying... I mean they haven't contributed anything toward the forum and they won it.

What about the regulars here?

Maybe the next compo should be only available to people with more than 50 posts and has been a member for more than 3 months or so?

I can see both sides of that argument.
Hopefully them winning will help them on their way to being more involved around here.
When I won the Compal/Red-E, although I was already fairly active, it did convince me to sign up to plus, as a kind of thank you for me winning.

bah its a competition you didnt pay anything to enter and hopefully it attracted lots more people to sign up to the site which will make it better.

I dont think reular members should have any more of a chance of winning than any other person who takes the time to sign up, you should just be proud of being part of modaco, no other mobile forum gives away prizes as big as this.

Congrats to the winners, even if they don't post!  I agree with mecx, nobody lost anything, nobody paid to enter, so there should be no cause for alarm.  Although I do think that there shoudl be a competition soon that restricts entry to members with the letters d,r,b,l,o & w in their names!!
