The offer I opted for (OVP Relax 100) has the handset for FREE and after line rental cashback results in me paying in total only £75.90. As soon as I have the handset I will post my reactions ... I know about their unorthodox approach to order and supply! What is odd though is the fact the order is showing as being complete (connected to the network) and has a despatch number!!! I had one minor skirmish with them a while ago, but other than that I have not had any problems receiving cashback etc... A few Alarm reminders and carefully filed documents and bills, sending the appropriate documentation by Signed For postal service and everything runs quite smoothly ... certainly not a hassle! For every bad report I am sure there is a good one. Trouble with the net is that when you get a cluster of bad reports, particularly in messageboards and forums, it gives the impression that the retailer should be avoided. Often there is no balance to the overall impression. Eg....Lots of people have problems with Ebuyer ...myself included, on a couple of occassions. However out of all the orders I have placed with Ebuyer I have had more positive outcomes than negative... At the end of the day I want value for money... There WAS however the week or two I had to wait for them to get in stock of MDA IIIs back in January when I bought my precious from them...
