Hi All,
I bought this yesterday and found it to be awesome.
I had the age old problem of what to do when you're on the bike.
Pull over and ring them back? Well the costs soon spiral. I tried conventional handsfree and the cables became a nightmare.
There are a few crash helmets out there for around £300 with built in bluetooth. But what happens when it's worn, cracked, scratched? That's £300 down the drain.
Then I found this...
Motorola Bluetooth Helmet Headset HS830 @ BlueUnplugged
For just under £80 it's fantastic. It can attatch in a number of places for various helmet types. I have a Caberg with a chinpiece that raises up. It clips happilly on the side with the boom mike reaching up underneath. This thing is designed for open face helmets also and will remove background noise.
I highly recommend this to anyone with a motorbike.
I use it on my SPV C500 and it works great! Full list of compatible devices are at the bottom of the page.
