I have a C550 with dust under the Screen.

Why oh Why has this not been fixed, What a fundamental mistake yet again.

I am sending it back for a replacement but I bet they still have the problems.

I am thinking of getting a refund on it as My old c500 wdust problem as a big issues for me..

Does anyone else have dust problems.

Are you guys hoping if you ignore it it will not happen to me.

Even my philips home phone handsets do not get dust in behind the screen, most of the nokias i have had do not have the same problem either.

ORANGE must fix this fundamental issue, if they do not we will have to vote with our wallets and not buy them until the issue has been addresed.

I still cannot believe that its still a problem on a fixed case phone.......

Take it to bits to clean but void your warranty, if you do not clean it don't even bother trying to use it after a few months in the sun as you can hardly see it.

Maybe there should be a brail lcd available so that the spv's can be used when the dust sets in.

PLEASE ORANGE FIX THE C550 for all of us smartphone addicts.

had some dust on my c550 but orange nl replaced it for another problem , you should when you get the new phone lightly push around the screen as it can be the sticky glue has not stuck properly, i do that with all my phones ( if i remember ) and so far its remained clear :)

OMG!

Am I glad I went for the M500 and not the C550 now!

Sorry to hear this is still going on, but it was one of the reasons I made that choice

Do people get this on the E200? I haven't had a dust problem on mine, although it could be because I accidentaly 'washed' it in the toilet. Oh, and in a pint of Dr Pepper. That killed the bluetooth, everything else works fine still. C550 in a couple of days, yey!
