Have you been trying to play with 2003 on your phone?
It is not a simple process to downgrade from 2003 to 2002 on the original SAP\SPV etc. The 2003 was only created as a test to see what would happen on the original device, it was never intended for release. Because of this an easy user installation process was never created.
