my SAP1's joystick is busted, when i browse into my contact list or program list and when i scroll my joystick upwards or downwards, maistuck lang sya scrolling upwards! and if i press my joystick, magistop sya.. sometimes the keypad would'nt work.. i just called sa brightpoint, and it will cost me 2060 php for the replacement, ouch

Could be dust stuck in the joystick component. take it apart and clean it.

Or you can try rolling the joystick in all directions while the phone is off. then pull abit on the joystick until you feel a tiny pop before turning it on.

usually works for me.
