No problem - one quick thing to check when you go into the MMS server settings make sure that the network selected in the Connect Via: dropdown is defaulted to use your O2 MMS GPRS connection in the network management screen. I'd been playing about with the settings and mine wasnt so it didnt work for me at first.....

cheers Alex - tried but no success.

i'll try and give them a call back tomorrow.

thanks for taking out the time to help though. :-)

Ah I've just noticed you have different DNS addresses in your setup, I think I will give them ago to see if there is any difference in speed or such like.

My MMS is now working after getting CS to put provisioning on my account for it.

Okay.

Sorry if i sound dim. but.

I used the settings above and was then able to send and receive MMS.

But now, Internet browsing and email via my wi-fi network has gone.

I can see the network, its says its connected and the strength is good. But it doesnt connect and goes via my wap.02.co.uk.

Basically, I want to do all my browsing and emailing via wif-fi and MMS as MMS.

Hope that makes sense, were my settings are at are the ones posted by Zen.

Any help anyone ?

I'm not 100% sure how or why my WiFi started working after having the exact same problem but a couple of suggestions that might help.

Make sure you have "My ISP" in the top selection of the Settings> Connections > Connections > Advanced and that "My Work Network" is the bottom one (has been known to cause issues depending on your network).

Manually enter the IP address for the device, I have put aside the 192.168.1.106 IP address on my network for the Qtek.

P.S. If you change your settings, I have found that the device sometimes needs a reboot to really get the settings to kick in.
