Cisco vpn client how to?

I have searched google and yahoo to death and I can't for the life of me find out how to connect to my cisco vpn client to sync with my exchange server. I have an unlocked version of the phone since I don't have cingular access where I live. I have service through unicel so I have internet working on the phone. Also activesync doesn't seem to have any wireless options. Is there perhaps an app out there that can help me connect between the two via wireless? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
