Editing icons on today screen.

I have an MDA Vario and I need some guidance on how to change the icons on my today screen.

There is a bar with 4 icons in it, which is listed as 'T Mobile' on the Settings\Today\Items screen.

I'd like to be able to change the pink Tmobile icon that I have into an Internet Explorer logo. I'd also like to get rid of the nasty grey box that comes up around the icons when you select them with the directional pad.

I assume this is all done by editing an XML file, although I haven't been able to work out where it is on the phone.

Any help would be much appreciated.
