Guest LSmith4285
I really want a charmer however I have looked at the T-Mobile tariffs and they ain't giving me a great deal so I am wondering if there are any plans to release this device on any other networks? Cheers
Guest Pondrew
Not seen any suggestion of it coming out on other networks. In fact, I've not even seen suggestions of I-Mate, Qtek or Dopod taking it up. Looks like this is going to be a T-Mobile exclusive for a while... Guest dave106
Might end up like the hurricane where Orange were the only ones to release it. What with the slightly improved HTC Prophet on the way, the only differences being the 2.0 pixel camera, extra ram and wifi, the other networks might not bother with the charmer and wait for that. Qtek have already taken that up as the S200. Edited January 7, 2006 by dave106

I'd have got it myself if it'd been an HTC Tornado same as the SP5m (wifi, WM5, etc)

Specs seem a good match?

Specs seem a good match? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nope. The I-Mate New Jam is an HTC Magician with 128meg ram, 64meg rom and Windows Mobile 2003SE. ie, it's the same as the Qtek S110. Cheers <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Are you looking at the web n walk tarriff? I'm interested to see you don't think free hardware and £13 a month (with a rise to £28 for 6 months) with 100mins + 40MB isn't a great deal ---- I've seen nothing that gets even close ... most are £30 a month + 1MB then £3or£4 a MB more? Can you point us in the direction of something better? Edited January 15, 2006 by kaf

Ill post again when i get my fist bill :) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The first bills fun ... IIRC it has charges for equipment of £120, £30 line rental - possibly even connection then a big discount that knocks it all down to approx £
