In the HKLM\software\HTC\Camera\Recparam\MP4Medium\FrameRate for Medium size video or HKLM\software\HTC\Camera\Recparam\MP4Small\FrameRate . The default value for Medium is 15 FPS. I have tried that it can take up to 30 FPS anything greater than that will reset back to 15FPS. Also the BitRate can be changed too. I am still playing around with it to set the optimize setting. Anyone can try to see if which value can have the best video . One more thing, the AtimetoWrite which is Audio time to write and VtimetoWrite is the Video time to write.
