Can you get a bluetooth headset with sound for both ears? All those I've seen are ones that clip around one ear, but it'd be neat if I could use the same headset/phones for listening to music which would be shoite through just one ear!

Really depends upon how much you are willing to pay, I paid £60 for the Motorola HT820, decent sound, bluetooth and they don't look too bad.
The left earpiece has controls for your phone whilst the right for your music.
A fantastic piece of kit.

They are - they fold out to look like a smaller version of the Motos above.
For music quality the Motos are a lot better though.
