how do you hard reset qtek 8310?

With your phone turned off press and hold both softkeys and then the power button for a couple of seconds.

When the phone starts to boot release the buttons and you should see a black screen with instructions to hard reset.

hi, I'm in trouble with my qtek 8310 too, and the hard reset refuses to work properly :/

anyone has an idea ?

edit: sorry, in fact I was pressing too much time :)

let see if it will solve my problems ^^

or you could jst use the built in application called "Clear Storage" you will then be prompted to imput a four digit code of 1234 and that will clear everything back to factory defualt,

much easier than the two soft key and power button option
